TRAINING

When it’s time to get down to work and do the heavy-lifting necessary to train and teach Front line-managers by supplying them with hands-on training materials and the tools that will actually allow them to go back to their respective dealerships to affect change and '"Make Something Happen", DriveAuto Improvement Group’s (DAIG) scalable training and workshops get the job done.

After many completed projects in this area, we are aware that a well thought out comprehensive "‘purpose built" training curriculum is required in order to achieve measurable improvements in any dealership environment. DAIG is the best team for this kind of comprehensive curriculum development, training and coaching needed to achieve and then sustain real measurable improvement and success at the dealership level.

Please take time to review the several condensed examples from some of our training curriculum decks. These decks are cut down versions that show our approach to training and coaching dealership managers on many subjects.

Leadership Fundamentals and Accountability Management

Advertising and Marketing

The Service Selling Track

These samples include and demonstrate many styles of training, from; Interactive discussion, to not just understanding the "how" but also the "why", self-discovery, individual and group exercises as well as other teaching skills. We utilize these multiple techniques so as to be able to appeal to every individual's learning style (incorporating VAK- visual, auditory, kinesthetic) as well as appealing to individual and participative learners.

We build every Training Curriculum specifically for the express needs of our client. We have done this for Ford, Gulf States Toyota and Honda as well as small and large dealer groups and understand fully that Training, Coaching and Good-Habit creation is not a cookie cutter process.

We would be glad to schedule a WebEx at your convenience to assist you with the reviewing any training materials or processes to answer any questions you may have regarding its' creation as well as how it could be customized to your needs. Should you agree that we should assist in your project; our next step would be to meet with you and your team and develop the exact curriculum you would want us to offer to you. We would also suggest a training meeting with the appropriate Staff to be able to support and increase the results of these efforts in the field.
