We begin every consultancy with an Evaluation Visit (EV). The EV is a week-long deep dive into all departments of your dealership as well as a thorough financial review conducted by DAIG.

At the conclusion of the EV we will deliver to you a comprehensive report on your dealership along with our observations and recommendations prioritized by the immediate impact each will have on Net Profitability.

The initial cost of the EV week is $6,000.00 plus travel and set-up expenses.

Our Consultancy/Training programs are custom priced and run from $3,000.00 per month to $10,000.00 per month plus quarterly commissions for NPI increases (commission based on Net Profit Improvement) and Travel Expense.
